About my next Special Guest: Tamika Williams
Tamika Williams is a dynamic leader, visionary, and advocate committed to transforming the lives of girls and women through purpose-driven programs and community engagement. As the Founder and Executive Director of Beautiful As I Am, Inc., Tamika draws from her own powerful journey—from being labeled a troubled child to becoming a thriving scholar and community builder. Supported by a village of women who poured into her during her youth, she defied expectations, maintained a 3.85 GPA throughout high school, and went on to earn three degrees.
Tamika founded Beautiful As I Am while earning her bachelor’s degree, fueled by the desire to create a supportive village for others like her. Through programs rooted in life and social skills, literacy, confidence-building, and emotional wellness, she empowers girls and women across the U.S. and in Kenya to rise above barriers and step boldly into their futures. Her work centers on healing, growth, leadership, and legacy.
Today, Tamika continues to lead BAIA with passion and purpose—providing free programming, developing future leaders, and ensuring that every girl and woman knows: she is seen, she is worthy, and she is beautifully capable of change.
