Lauren Hostetler is a full time nurse and also the owner and founder of Moe Mountains, a business that takes women on backpacking trips. 

Lauren is passionate about getting women together and getting them outside and connected to what they need to flourish. 

Lauren lives with her husband Kerby and two dogs, Willow & Titus in beautiful Montana. Lauren is happiest when she's outside and is excited about empowering other women to get outside to enjoy the beautiful and healing gift that is God's creation.

Vaginismus is not always related to an underlying condition. It may be caused by:
Extreme stress
Negative reactions towards stimulation of sex
Anxiety
Lack of trust in the partner
Denied sexuality
Incidences such as sexual abuse.
